.c'est un set complet livré avec son trépied ouvragé , sa broche panier dite parapluie , ainsi qu'un broche équipée de deux lardoirs , et son lèche frite
appelée communément plat a jus .
mécanique horlogerie de type capucin a double pignon appelé double débrayage . il possède 2 cardans ,
il fonctionne ,on le remonte d'environ 40 tours de manivelle ,
il tourne pendant 40 minutes il sonne pour vous prévenir qu'il faut le remonter
hauteur : 39 cm = 15,3543 inches environ ( sans la poignée )
longueur des broches : 80 cm = 31,4961 inches environ .
