Superb Vintage French Copper Professional Saute Pan And Lid

A realy surerb vintage French copper professional saute pan and lid with iron handles  and tin lined, it is named on the pan

 " CUIVRE YG VILLEDIEU "

it could have been used a couple of times but it looks unused, there is a slight rub through on the rim of the lid and a couple of very light dents but nothing serious , the pan just has a few small scratches where it has been moved on a worktop. This is a top quality pan which is hard to find in this condition and of this large size, it is a pan which will last a lifetime and great to use or just for display .  Don't miss out on this one as they are rare to find  in this large size with the original lid 

Cast brass handle firmly fixed by 3 solid copper rivets. 

 I've no hesitation in recommending this utensil as its a lovely piece and ready to use. It will become a favourite in any kitchen either domestic or professional and being in such lovely condition its far too good an opportunity to miss adding to a collection

This pan will give you many years of service and will prove to be a joy to use

Very large and heavy professional quality saute pan. Made from 3mm thick solid copper and tin lined. The handle is made from iron, with chunky copper rivets.

I haven't cleaned the pan, as it is in such good condition that it wouldn't take long to get the copper sparkling.
